"Addiction recovery is about a lot more than just trying to stop an unwanted behavior. Lasting recovery means changing habits, rediscovering your worth and value, and living a life of purpose."
About Cameron
Hi, I'm Cameron. I believe that addiction recovery is about a lot more than just trying to stop an unwanted behavior. In order to find lasting and sustainable recovery, one must identify and address the roots of the problem.
Recovery means changing habits, rediscovering your worth and value, learning to regulate emotions, being honest and accountable, and living a life of purpose, with a focus on self-care.
I take a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and helping them build the skills and insight needed for meaningful, lasting change.
Cameron uses a holistic, root-cause approach to addiction recovery. Rather than focusing solely on stopping unwanted behaviors, he helps clients explore the underlying emotional, relational, and psychological factors driving those patterns. His work integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, emotional regulation skills, and values-based living to support sustainable recovery and a life of genuine purpose.
