Medical oversight: Ketamine can only be prescribed and administered under the supervision of a licensed medical provider (MD, DO, or APRN). Our program includes a full medical evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and coordination between your therapist and prescribing provider throughout treatment.

Who Is Not a Candidate
- Active or history of psychosis or schizophrenia
- Uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease
- Active substance use disorder (case-by-case evaluation)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Certain thyroid conditions
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to ketamine
