About Kevin
For more than 30 years, Dr. Kevin Skinner has helped individuals, couples, and families heal from betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, compulsive sexual behavior, relationship disconnection, anxiety, and emotional trauma. He is a licensed marriage and family therapist, author, speaker, researcher, and founder dedicated to helping people create deeper, safer, and more meaningful relationships.
Dr. Skinner is widely recognized for his work in betrayal trauma recovery and relationship healing. His clinical approach integrates attachment research, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and relationship science to help individuals and couples rebuild safety, trust, and intimacy after painful experiences.
Founder
Through decades of clinical experience and research, Dr. Skinner developed the Intimacy Repair Method, a structured model designed to help individuals and couples heal after betrayal and rebuild lasting emotional connection. The model focuses on creating safety, emotional stability, accountability, communication skills, and deeper intimacy.
